What we collect

• Your name and WhatsApp number
• Your car plate, make, colour, carpark and usual parking level
• Before and after photos of your car
• Records of your bookings and payments. Card and bank details are handled by our payment provider, HitPay, and are not stored by us.

How we use it

To book and carry out your washes, find your car on wash night, send you reminders and photos, take payments, and resolve any questions or complaints. Our booking assistant on WhatsApp uses these details to reply to you.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the business: our washers (your car's details and location on the night), WhatsApp for messaging, HitPay for payments, and our booking system's hosting providers. We don't sell your data.

Website visits

We count visits to this website with Umami, an analytics service that doesn't use cookies or identify you. It tells us things like which page or flyer link you arrived from, what kind of device you used, and whether you tapped a WhatsApp button.
